We like our Pork chop to be marinated for a few hours before frying. It will be tasty and crispy, partnered with boiled rice and it will be perfect. Ingredients for marination are pretty simple and mostly available in your kitchen.
For marination
Soy sauce, ¼ cup
Lemon or lime juice
Crushed garlic
Bay leaves
Black pepper, ground
Just simply combine all the ingredients together to marinate for a few hours or at least 30 minutes, Fry and you'll get delicious chops.
Marination shouldn't be more than 12 hours, otherwise, the meat will be salty when cooked.
