20 gr. bitter cocoa
Vanilla essence c / n

100 gr of chocolate chips
STEP BY STEP
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler
once melted Remove from a water bath and add the sugar. Beat with a wire whisk.
Add the eggs one by one without stopping beating.
Add vanilla essence.
Sift the dry ones and add them with enveloping movements and a spatula.
The dry ones are: bitter cocoa, flour, fine salt, sodium bicarbonate.

Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake for 18 minutes at 180 degrees
