Guys, today I got up early in the morning and got ready to go to work. Here, I finish the things that need to be done quickly and go home as soon as possible. I wanted to make my children and my wife the local dish of our region, or rather the shavings soup. I bought the materials yesterday. Everything is ready just waiting for me. So I finished my work quickly. I don't stay too long because of the pandemic anyway, I'm going straight home as I'm done at work.
As I said, I decided to make the soup of our region today. Actually easy to make
lngredients I used for this soup: onion, bulgur pilaf, green lentils, tomato paste and red pepper flakes and of course shavings leaves
Preparation of the soup
1.After frying the onions with oil in the pot, I added tomato paste and mixed it.
2.Then boil the green lentils and bulgur in another pot beforehand. I strained it and poured it into the pot.
3.Then I added some water with shaving leaves and mixed it.
4.I mixed some salt into the pot filled with water and started to wait. I checked it once in a while and when the water got low, I added water by eye. It took approximately 40 minutes.

If you want to make it at home, you can do it with a different herb. These herbs are; like cibes, lamb's ear
