I am glad to share my post in engagement challenge contest#2 ,i also participated in first week ,the second week contest theme is very intrusting that is who is your favourite chef in family 👪 and my husband,kids and all family members nominated me Favourite chef of the family so guys i presented my self as a favourite chef of family 🥰🥰, when i asked to all family about who,s your favourite cook my kids replied to me that Mom you are a super duper chef of our family😘😘 .

Its a great honour for me my hubby ,my kids and all my inlows and family members liked my cooking and baking as well ,so i presented my self as a favourite chef of my family .My mother in low also very experienced and excellent cook and i though that they all liked her food then mine but when i asked to family they all said you are the best ,its a surprising and very emotional scene happened when my younger sons gave me a title of **Best chef all over the world my mom 🤩🤩.Its not true but its show how much they love and liked my cooking ❤️

About me and my cooking and baking skills

My name is Sualeha Fahim from Pakistan i have 3 beautiful kids two sons and one daughter.I lived in joined family system with my in lows ,very cool and perfect life is going on with my husband and family 👪 .I love cooking and crazy about baking cakes ,cookies ,breads and much more and the intrusting story that i love to share here is that i am not learnt any kind of cooking or baking courses ,i learnt many recipes and tips and tricks from Steem food community and its honour for me steemit foods is only community who done very efficiently and people got many good recipes ,food presentation,recipes and much more.

I cooked many pakistani and indian dishes perfectly my husband found of tradtional foods like Biryani Paye ,Haleem,Hulwa puri ,Pullao ,all types of karahes but on the other hands kids liked fast food ,Chinese and baking items like cake ,they mostly demand me to bake Chocolate cake and i am not expert in cake baking ,practice makes man perfect 😁😁

Favourite recipe

Today i share here short recipe of Vanilla cup cakes All time favourite of my whole family .

Recipe

• take a bowl add eggs,powder sugar and salt them beat itwith electric beater till its will became creamy and fluffy .

• Add dry ingredients in bowl ,all purpose flour baking soda and corn strach and mix it ingredients with soft hand on the other hand in melted buttet and milk syrupy in cake batter . pour into cup cake try after laying butter paper cup put it on oven for baking 30 minutes .

The Super soft and very delicious cup cake ready inused whipped cream on top increase more taste of cup cake .
