Like all other places Pakistan has also many delicious traditional foods. Some foods are famous all over the country and like by people. Our famous delicious foods like biryani, karhai, qurma, haleem, charha, kheer, sheerkhurma.

For this contest I'm going to share chicken karhai with you. It's famous all over country bits it's taste vary from place to place. But it's delicious in all types. It's an easy and quick recipe. And prepare from less ingredients in short time.

Let's move towards recipe

INGREDIENTS :

Quantity	Ingredients
Chicken	1kg
Tomatoes	250g
Fried onions	3tbsp
Cumin seeds	1tsp
Coriander seeds	1tsp
Chili powder	1tbsp
Turmeric	1/4tsp
Curry leaves	5-6 optional
Green chillies	5-6
Coriander leaves	for garnish
Ginger piece	for garnish
Ginger garlic paste	2tbsp
Oil	6tbsp

PROCEDURE :

• Wash chicken properly and place it over strainer to remove excess water from it.

• Take some oil in pan and add green chilies and curry leaves and fry it for sometime.

• Add chicken to the pan and fry it for a few minutes.
  

• Add garlic ginger paste to it and sotey it for sometime.
  

---

• Take out all spices according to the recipe and add to the pan and fry it for few minutes.

• Take fried onions and tomatoes and make their paste and put it in the pan and fry it for 5-8min

---

• Cut coriander leaves and ginger for garnish.

---

• Cook chicken until it soften and it's color changes and oil comes up.

• Now it's ready to served. Garnish it with coriander leaves and green chillies and ginger
