"Benignit" is a bisaya term of this visayan dessert soup. Here in Philippines, this tasty dessert is a traditional dish prepared/served during Good Friday of Holy week.

Sadly, just because of so many things we did last week on Friday we did not able to cook "Benignit" for we don't have time to do so. But I do believe it's not late to cook and eat for it, right? and please allow me to share my own way to cook this dish.

So let's begin....

HERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup Glutinous Rice
• 1 cup banana (saba banana)
• 1 cup sweet potato (camote)
• 1 pack sago (colorful sago)
• 1 cup of landang
• 2 cups of brown sugar
• 4 cups of coconut milk
• 2 cups of water

So here it is fellow steemians. Our "Benignit" is ready to serve and eat. It is also best for afternoon snacks and for us it is best to served if hot.
