1-Onion (1 small size)
2-3 cloves of garlic.
3-Tomato (1Medium size)
4-Potatoes (3 Medium size)
5-Salt (according to need)
6-Green Chili
7- Black pepper
8-Turmeric Powder
9-Coriander leaves
Second Step
Method:
I put the pan on the burner , add some oil and add onion when it’s going to light brown I mixed garlic paste and then add turmeric powder and then add tomato pieces .
Mixed them and cooked them 5 minutes.
Then added some black Pepper, green chili and cubes of potatoes .
Mixed them well and left to cook in low burner and add some water. Checked them and when they cooked I turned off the burner.
