STEEM FOODS: PREPARING SPICY CHICKEN LIVER & GIZZARD

Buenos dîas steemians!🤗 Hello Steemfoods family!!! ❤

Are you already fed up of eating chicken's delicacies? Well, let's put some twist on that! Let me share you one of the best delicacies here in Cebu/ Philippines with chicken's part, not the head nor the leg, not the wings nor the breast but the chicken's LIVER and GIZZARD!🤗 Yes you've heard it right, its Liver and Gizzzard. Sounds interesting right? I'm sure you will now be interested eating these after you've learned preparing this and be ready to be obsessed.

Are you excited? Well, here's the step by step preparing this delicacy.🙌

INGREDIENTS:

1 kg - Liver and Gizzard
3 glove of garlic
1 pc. of onion
An onion leaf (its up to you of how many it should be, depends of your taste)
1/4 cup of cooking oil
2 packs of black pepper seeds
Liquid seasonings (soy sauce and vinegar)
2 tbsp. Of salt
Solid seasoning
You can also add other spicies according to your tastes

And of course don't forget your green cayenne pepper.

PROCEDURES:

  1. After preparing all the ingredients and your kitchen utensils, wash then all the ingredients to be more clean:

  2. Slice all the ingredients into smaller pieces or as smaller as you want to look cleaner and desirable:

  3. Squeeze the garlic and slice the onion to let out its taste, you can use your knife as well to squeeze and slice it:

  4. After that let your frying pan heat first for 10 seconds prior pouring the cooking oil and let it then for 20 sec.

  5. If your cooking oil is heated up already, you need to saute the solid spicies then, like- garlic, onions and pepper and the onion leaf

  6. After sauting these spicies, to soaked all its taste, it's the time to put the Liver and Gizzard on the pan with sauted spicies and mix it well:

  7. After mixing, you need to let it heated up for 5 mins to relent the liver and gizzard and you can covered up the frying pan while heating it up to faster relenting or softening of the liver and gizzard:

  8. After 5 mins, pour out the liquid seasonings, like your soysauce and vinegar, and put a half a glass of water and boiled it after for 5 mins.

  9. If boiled already, mixed up the prepared your green cayenne pepper and your other seasonings like, magic sarap or salt and pepper.

  10. After these all, let it heated up for 1 min just to let the added seasoning be mixed up it taste.

And here it is!!!🙌🤗🤗
