I am glad to share my post if engagement challenge contest#2 , I participated second week contest theme is very intrusting that is who is your favourite chef in family. Favourite chef of the family so guys i presented my self as a favourite chef of family.

My name is MD. Toufiqur Rahman from Bangladesh. My family consists of me, my parents and my wife. I cook everything at home. But if I suddenly want to, I cook for myself.

One of my favorite foods is potato chops. Potatoes are very tasty to eat. And it doesn't take long to make.

Materials

• Like the amount of potatoes
• Like gram flour quantity
• Like the amount of water
• Like the amount of onions
• Like the amount of oil
• Like the amount of salt
• Like the amount of ginger and garlic paste
• Like the amount of dried pepper
• 1 teaspoon of chili powder
• Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
• Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
• Half a teaspoon of hot spice powder

Preparation of cooking

First you have to boil the potatoes. Then mix gram flour chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, gim masala powder, salt and ginger-garlic paste together. Then the potatoes should be smeared well with dried chillies. Then it has to be rounded. Then you have to heat the oil. Then dip the round shaped pulp in the mixture of gram flour and fry it in oil to make potato chop.
