Powerup is a great way to build steem power but this is not attainable without steems. Before the introduction of club5050, I usually power up the steems I earned from post made during the week on Sundays. As a newbie, I was ignorant on how to purchase steems until the new initiative when people made posts in the different communities I was part of. This helped anyways. For this contest, I will tell you my transfer history for the last one month. This will help me know if I should use the #club5050 hashtag or not.
First I typed in steemworld.org on my search engine then clicked on the icon with a hand lens and the inscription "transfer search".
To check my SP powerup transaction, I changed the first box on the left to "Transfer to Vesting", provided my details like username, date range from 8-10-2021 to 08-11-2021. Then clicked on the button "search".
This popped up few minutes after.
Next, I reviewed the transfers I made in the last 30 days
To do this, I clicked on the first box at the top left again.
This time, I selected "Normal Transfer" from the downdrop.
Thereafter, I provided the same details here again in the required fields, then clicked "search".
Soon after, my transfer transactions made in the last 30 days reflected on the screen.
Based on the current exchange rate, I need to power up about 50% of 90.045 steems.
A quick mathematics will result in this table below.

I usually thought that Club5050 required us to powerup at least 50% of our earnings per month and I have been doing just that. However, with the new development, I need to keep building my steems by creating more quality posts so I can earn more steems. This way it be enable me to power up steems that are equivalent to or above the SBD I transfer monthly too.
