Greetings to all food lovers all over the community and the world! May we all have wonderful life this year 2022 and good health for everyone.
Let me share you my food diary on 01-05-2022 since I failed in posting it yesterday because of our unstable internet connection due to typhoon.
My morning meal contains the famous delicacy in Visayas region which is called "budbud" made of sticky rice here in Philippines. It is freshly brought by my father from Leyte that was prepared by my grandmother that taste delicious and our favorite ever since paired with my favorite creamy white coffee which is perfect to start my day with.
For afternoon, rice meal it is since I skip eating rice for breakfast and all I can show to you is rice with pork monggo that my mother had cooked.
Here's my evening meal, a Filipino-style boiled soup made of pork, pumpkin and chayote paired with rice corn which is a perfect delicious food for a cloudy night.
