Hello steemians how are you I hope you are doing well and you all are safe and healthy during this pandemic time.
So today I am taking part in the 18th contest of steemfoods COMMUNITY. This is my first contest and I hope you enjoy my dish and video alot.

Today I made aloo paneer bread roll. It is breakfast heavy snack in india. People usually eat it on Sunday as every family member is at home on Sunday.

Without wasting any time let us see the ingredients and step of cooking to make this delicious dish.

ingredients

• Potatoes
• Paneer
• Onion
• Coriander
• Chilli powder salt coriander powder and garam masala.
• Green chilli
• Ginger
• Breads
• Water

Steps of cooking

1. Take a bowl and add potatoes in it and mash it well.
2. Now add spices (salt, Red chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder)
3. Add onion coriander garlic chilly in it and mix it well.
4. Now add paneer in it .
5. Mix is well now your main item aaloo paneer mix is ready.
6. Now take water in bowl and add salt in it.
7. Now dip bread in water and remove water from it and add mixture in it. And make rolls.
8. Now take a pan add oil in it and dip fry all the rolls.
9. Your tasty dish is now ready.
