Kaldereta NEW YEAR EDITION

HIya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a popular beef dish in the Philippines. Kaldereta is a Filipino-style beef stew made with beef stock base with tomato paste and liver spread, mixed with beef meat, bell peppers, potatoes, carrots, peas, and even olives. Kaldereta is somehow a go-to beef dish whenever you have beef meat available since it's so easy to make and everyone loves it. I personally love Kaldereta because it has everything that I want in a dish: meat , vegetables, and love.
