Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I'll be showcasing a special Christmas time dish. I've showcased this before but I really want to show how much effort and deliciousness that goes in making a Floating Island Cake. The baked meringue at the topped layered with leche flan and ube haleya is just to die for. The caramel and earthy flavors of the yam is just a masterpiece and is commonly used in seasonal baked goods.
