Mango Graham Float
Hiya Everyone! Tori here! Today, I wanted to try out the Mango Graham Cake which has been the talk of the town here in the Philippines. It is a dessert made up of layers of graham crackers, sweet cream, and mangoes. This dessert can be a hit or miss depending on how ripe the mangoes are or how sweet the blend of the cream is. In my version, I put cream cheese or mascarpone in the cream mixture in order to cut back the sweetness and introduce a somehow cheesecake-like flavor profile to the palate. Graham Floats are not limited to mangoes, think of something (like fruits) that pairs well with grahams and you got yourself a treat.
