Karena bingung mau memakan apa yang cocok untuk keadaan seperti ini, akhirnya aku berpikir untuk mengolah beras dengan cara berbeda, sehingga aku dan calon anakku tidak kekurangan vitamin saat sedang hamil. Pada kesempatan ini aku akan membuat kanji khas Aceh tanpa menggunakan udang ataupun ayam (karena aku tidak sanggup mencium kedua aroma ini). Berikut aku akan memberikan resep ala-ala bumil.
Bahan
- 2 genggam beras
- 1 buah kentang
- sedikit tomat
- daun Sop
Bahan Halus
- 4-5 siung bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 10 butir merica (bisa ditambah jika suka pedas)
- 3 sendok ketumbar
LANGKAH MEMBUAT
Pertama cuci bersih beras, kemudian langsung masukkan air bersih yang banyak dan langsung rebus sampai mendidih dan berasnya hancur seperti bubur
Selanjutnya blender halus semua bahan yang aku sebut diatas, kemudian langsung tumis tanpa minyak dengan api kecil sampai bumbu mengering dan wangi
Sambil menunggu rebusan beras, kupas bersih buah kentang, lalu potong-potong dadu, selanjutnya potong juga daun Sop dan tomat
jika rebusan air rebusan sudah mendidih, masukkan tomat dan bumbu yang telah ditumis, selanjutnya aduk sampai rata, selanjutnya jangan lupa masukkan sedikit garam (sesuai selera).
Jika rebusan sudah sedikit padat, selanjutnya masukkan kentang yang sudah dipotong dadu, kemudian tunggu sampai kentang tersebut matang. Jika sudah matang tahap trakir masukkan daun Sop supaya lebih cantik dan membuat bumil tambah selera, kanji siap disajikan, tambahkan bawang goreng lebih lezat, selamat menikmati

Too bad you feel nauseous. Pregnancy plays tricks on us, but it is important to consume protein so that the baby is born healthy and strong. When I was in my third month of pregnancy (like 20 years ago), I couldn't tolerate the smell of any kind of meat, so I spent 3-4 weeks eating lentil and chickpea patties, eggs and yogurt.
I loved your recipe; over here, this would be an "asopado de arroz con vegetales" (rice stew with vegetables and broth). Cheers, @wahyunibukhari, and may you be able to eat everything soon :)

that's right @ marlyncabrera, when you are pregnant it's really very torturous what else if you feel nauseous, it's also true what you say eating yogurt can reduce nausea
