Samahani Jam Bread

Weekend My family and I enjoy breakfast with samahani jam bread in the morning. I was with my wife and also my daughter named Raisah's brother and my son, Raziq, who accompanied us to drink coffee together in Taufik 2, Lhokseumawe city.
We ordered the food and drink menu:

1. One samahani jam bread costs IDR 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah)
2. Risol cake @ 2 pieces costs IDR 4,000 (four thousand rupiah)
3. 1 cup of coffee drinks IDR 5,000 (five thousand rupiah)
4. Cold Milo 1 cup Rp. 8,000 (eight thousand rupiah)
5. Cold pull tea 1 cup Rp. 8,000 (eight thousand rupiah)

I am very happy to see Raziq and Raisah love Samahani jam buns so much. They eat to their taste while drinking according to their own tastes, Raisah's sister drinks cold Tarik Tea and Raziq drinks cold Milo. I myself am sure that the Aceh coffee drink is delicious, the aroma of the coffee beans is very fragrant, especially the coffee drink is very solid (bouncing). My wife drinks warm mineral water, she says this is good for health if consumed regularly in the morning

Peanut Chocolate Martabak

Weekends in the afternoon I took Raziq, Raisah and Qaireen looking for snacks to snack on. I'm a car driver going to Lhokseumawe City Trade Street, heading to a green cart where H2 Kebabs are sold according to this link Google.maps

H2 This kebab is selling very well, usually if we come a bit late in the evening, there will be long queues because many other customers have ordered various snack menus: Beef Kebab, Toast of various flavors, Jhon Bread, Martabak with various flavors, Burger. The service is very fast because there are 3 people working by sharing tasks between them:

1. The first person is in charge of cooking martabak
2. The second person is in charge of making burgers
3. The third person is in charge of wrapping the food ordered by the customer

I saw how to make the chocolate martabak, starting from pouring the liquid flour mixture into a round container as a place to print the martabak. Cook the mixture for about 5 minutes, then pour the top layer of sweetened condensed milk into the carnation, add chocolate and peanut butter together until the martabak is evenly coated, then pour another layer of dough on top, then close the container until the martabak is cooked and ready to serve. I took a complete photo documentation to cook this peanut chocolate martabak from the initial process until the martabak is finished, as attached here:

Burger

We also bought burgers which taste delicious my kids like. I can tell the process of making it like this. First, cook soft round bread on the grill, cut the bread in half. Make a thinly cooked omelet. Fry in beef butter until cooked. Then in the middle of the bread, fill it with lettuce and add chopped tomatoes. just a thin layer, add beef and add an omelet. The burger is ready to eat, you can eat it by adding spicy chili sauce, so of course it tastes very delicious. Please try it.. :)

I paid the price for these snacks:

1. Martabak only costs Rp. 10,000 (ten thousand rupiah) 2. Burger costs only Rp. 9,000 (nine thousand rupiah), we bought @6 burgers, so everything is Rp. 54,000,- (fifty four thousand rupiah)
