Here's another model kit review!
For this model kit review, I'd like to show you the model kit for the Nieuport Delage NID 622, in 1/72 scale. This model kit was produced by the company Heller. The Heller kits were manufactured in France. The kit was originally released in 1979 with this box art, so this particular kit is probably from the 1980s. The kit was re-released in 1993 with different box art, and again in 1996 with new box art and new decals.
The Nieuport Delage was a French fighter airplane that was designed and tested in the 1920s, and went into production in September of 1930. There were at least 242 planes of this type built for the French air force between 1930 and 1933, as well as some built for export to Peru during that period.
