Is a great opportunity to tell you my best Food, as a Nigerian and a true igbo Man from the Eastern part of the country I love swallow and my best soup is
Ogbono and okro soup I enjoyed mine with pounded yam. It also go well with any swallow of ur choice. Pounded yam, wheat, Garri, Semo and so on.
Take a look at the soup very yummy 😋😋
Recipes are:
Grinded Ogbono seed
Sliced okro
Onions
Okpei (locust Bean)
Enough crayfish
Red oil
Meat of ur choice
Stock and dried fish
Fresh Pepper
Pumpkin leaf
Salt and Maggie for taste.
