Imagine more of these but in the desert flat lands east of San DIego We could apply to get Federal Land, and use Public Funds from a State or Local Public Bank and apply for Federal Grants to build a general use giga factory to build the items we need in San DIego, Solar, HVAC, Batteries.

Imagine Giga factories that can actually be turned off without loosing money, a factory that can lay dormant without loosing money, but which a city can use to build whatever it needs, and the blueprints an designs will be what we traffic in, humans will all design things, and our giga factories will buy the blueprints.

We are FINALLy here at the year when Electric cars become cheaper than oil and where you can buy a robo taxi and it will MAKE YOU money while you arent using it, and they will even have 1-2 million mile battery and drive trains that WONT NEED REPLACEMENTS or TUNEUPS for 20-70 miles depending on if you have a cyber truck or roadster or model X or One or tesla podcar... theyll get down to $111 even $500 podcars or scooters i think... we may really have little scooters you can just get inside and type in your destination and it takes you wherever you need. And you can let it sit and drive other people around and you just let it park and charge at a wireless parking station or something.
