The end of October has arrived, closing with a week full of participation, especially in the Steemit Learning Challenge contests that started with everything, and that brings good themes to learn and develop. As for Steem, we are going through a bad moment seeing its value at $0.15, however, we should not get discouraged, for sure, we will see green numbers very soon.
As I said before, the activity in Steemit is still going at a good pace, meanwhile, the curation programs keep supporting good content. Booming accounts under the management of the communities are providing great support to users, at least 100 upvotes are distributed daily, with an average value of $6.
The Booming program continues to register votes from 24 selected communities, leaving Colombia-Original and Recreative Steem excluded from the original list.
The following is the administration of the communities in relation to the use of Booming votes during the period from Oct 28 to Nov 03.
Users continue to interact with quality in the different communities, providing constant support to the dynamics promoted in them. During this week, among the communities (that administer Booming votes) most favored in terms of participation were Comunidad Latina, with 233 active posts, followed by Steem For Betterlife and Steem Venezuela with 175 and 159 active posts respectively. Among all communities supported by the Booming program, there are 2659 active posts (142 posts less than last week)..

Continuing with the summary, we present a comparison of this week's management in relation to the last period. During this week 732 votes were distributed (-31 compared to the previous report) among 457 users (+11 compared to the previous period).
Considering last week's report, We can see that this week there was an unequal distribution, because we continue to see an important number of users with more than 3 votes, among them, users with up to 6 votes, in spite of this, there was an increase in the number of supported users, in relation to the last period.

The selected communities must keep in mind the following guidelines from the Steemit team:
- The user must "at least" be within #club5050 (preferably).
- Communities must direct a maximum of 2 votes per user each week.
- The user must maintain good activity on the platform, sharing plagiarism-free content.
- The user must not use in voting service.
- A user who is a moderator in several communities must not receive more than 2 votes between them.
- Communities should moderate most or all of the posts that are shared in the same.
