Future vs Spot.

Most of us are familiar with trading. Maybe we all know less about spot trading, but there are many people who don't have much idea about futures trading. And why is it called futures trade also what are the differences between future and spot. Is it right for us and is it more profitable than spot ? Basically I will talk about these things today. And finally I will submit my opinion on whether we should do this.

Spot trading, in simple words those trading which we all are do in general. Now I will not talk much about spot trading, because today's main purpose is to share all the information I know about future trading. Although I have said spot vs future in the title but I will give more importance to future here. Because we all have more or less idea about spot trading. At the beginning let's explain , is that future trading a completely different trading, does it have its own rules and regulations ? The answer is "No", futures trading is completely the same as spot trading .

So why is it called futures trading? Actually we can trade only with our capital in spot, like if I have 100$ then I can trade only with that 100$. But in future trading you can take leverage, for example I have 100$ I will do future trading now, with that 100$ I can take leverage 20x, 30x and even up to 100x in case of some coins. Suppose I take 20x leverage, then my $100 will be multiplied by 20, and then a trade of $2000 will be opened.

Also, the most interesting thing about future trading is that we can trade in the bear market as well. One is long and other is short. So basically these were the differences between spot and future, hope you understand. That was for today , thank you .
