Hello dear Steemians. Hopefully all are well. Today I am back again with another important topic. This topic is about unwanted mention. In this modern age we are connected with various social media. As soon as we wake up in the morning, we check each of our social media notifications. If so you get a lot of notifications and go in and see them all filled with unwanted mentions then it feels really bad. Sometimes it really bothers me to check the notification, moreover I want to skip the mention of the mentioned ID.
If you mention a person unnecessarily to attract his attention that is called unwanted mention. Such unwanted mentions disturb the work of the person and sometimes the necessary mentions are hidden from view. In short, it is very annoying and at times it goes to the level of spamming. There are many people who want to be noticed very easily. It may be that to get more votes, many mention curators or community moods to get votes, which is totally unexpected. For example if you mention steemcurator01 for getting Upvotes that is unwanted mention and I can say it's one kind of spamming.
Why do you mention unnecessarily?
See, do not mention someone unnecessarily, that person will be annoyed by it. He may not be telling you anything but it's really annoying. There may be times when you mentioned a very important need to him but he may skip it. I think there is no need to mention it unnecessarily.
If you are a good writer on steemit and can follow the community rules then you will definitely get support so don't bother anyone with mentions unnecessarily.
If there an important issues only mention on that case and any urgent can be connected though by comunity discord server.
