Hello friends, the CEO of Binance recently mentioned that human emotions strongly move the market, these words caught my attention and today I want to analyze a bit how emotions can cause such things.
Although we may not believe it, human emotions play an important role in the Christosphere because it is not the first time that an exchange closes its doors, either due to bankruptcy or "X" causes, fear and fear is always latent since no person wants to lose their money, even if the exchanges promise you that they have sufficient reserves or funds, human fear is always there.
Because of this fear of losing your money, the cryptocurrency market has suffered a considerable downturn and it will take a while for it to recover, the most affected currencies are the ones that the SEC is attacking, but I am not going to touch this topic.
Our brain to feel fear or insecurity acts quickly and sends alert signals where our brain begins to reproduce negative thoughts and as a consequence we usually make the decision to withdraw our fund even if this causes us losses and all for fear of losing all of our money.
Emotions are so strong that if we see that our investment is losing value, most of the time we tend to make bad decisions because we are not achieving what is expected. If we are insecure people, it is best to stay away from everything that makes us lose money, even if our brain says that we are going to make a profit this time.
Trading is not made for people who do not have the ability to lose, we always have to keep in mind that everything that goes up has to go down and everything that goes down has to go up, that is the cryptocurrency market if you know how to wait in the fall You will see a smile on the rise.
In a few words and more concrete, we have trading for winners with a positive mind and enormous patience.
Successful people set goals with their crypto assets, some like to operate short and others like to go long, there are people who are more risky and do not mind losing their money and risk in the futures market. A true investor should not be afraid of defeat because at any moment he can give the coup de thanks even if he takes a blow in the process.
So be patient, don't get carried away by emotions, set yourself goals and you will see the difference.
