And they don't get any vote cause they don't know proper guidelines. Due to which they first think that if no one votes for me, I can vote myself.

That's why he plan to open other multiple accounts. Then he opens many accounts and votes himself. But he does not know that he will not get any income from his vote. However, although the new user is not an abuser at this stage, overall he is also an abuser for this platform.

Those who invest in the steemit platform, they invest their money here.They are running these accounts by opening various accounts and creating delegation or voting services from them. They are beneficial for the Steemit platform on the one hand. Because they have invested in the Steemit platform, they have played a good role in this platform.
