I hope you all are well. I am @nishadi89, one of the moderator of steem photos community. Today I present the monthly report of our community. This is a report of activities in the community from April 15th to May 15th. Last month's report was submitted by @poorvik, another moderator of our community. You can view that report via this link.
Monthly Community Update

Our community name and purpose

Our community was created by @jyoti-thelight. Her main goal was to increase quality content with photos in the community. In addition to photos, we accept art-related articles, diary game articles and articles posted according to the rules of the steemit platform. Mainly the content should be creative without plagiarism.

Our community currently has 930 subscribers and 13 more active users. Active users have decreased in this month than before.

Problems seen in the community

A major problem I see in our community is some users posting articles with only a few words with a picture. To be quality content, it should not be limited to just one photo and few words. It should be at least between 150 - 250 words and have four or five photos.

Although the primary purpose of the community is articles about photos, we do not approve content with a few words and only one image. Every article in the community must adhere to the rules of steemit.
