I hope you all are well. A moderator here @nusuranur invited the community members to submit ideas and suggestions for the development of the community. So, through this article, I am going to present my ideas to growth of this community. First of all, thanks to moderator @nusuranur for giving us this opportunity.

My ideas for the growth of the Steemit Alliance community

🔹Strictly enforce community rules.

A major problem that has arisen in this community is that users are posting articles without considering the community rules. Sister Nusuranur always says that before publishing an article, you should contact her through discord and get permission. But that doesn't seem to be happening. Therefore, my opinion is that it is appropriate to mute articles in the community that do not adhere to such rules and do not seek permission. Then such situations will not continue.

I think it would be good if the community moderators implement this.

🔹Posting an article once a week about users who post unnecessary posts.

I think it would be appropriate if one of the moderators here would post an article once a week mentioning the users who are breaking the rules and posting in this community. Because I am sure that this situation will be reduced to a great extent from this.

I am a one of moderator of the steem photos community, and another moderator of our community, poorvik, is here. He has published the steem photos community monthly report for this month. I also did not post another such report because it is against the community rules. Really personally I respect the rules and regulations of every community.

🔹Continuing a contest or other engagement challenge.

For a few weeks now one of the moderators here organizes a contest every week and other users including me participate in it. I think it would be great if this could actually continue. Because a contest or engagement challenge like this is a reason to maintain the number of active members in the community.

Also, this kind of contests will help to increase the engagement among the users in this community.

🔹Providing a moderator review comments for every article posted in this community.

I have already seen such moderator review comments for some articles and it would be better to give such review comments for every article published here and specifically mention whether the article is in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Also, it would be good if the users who post articles in accordance with the community rules can be evaluated through such review comments.
