I would like to disclose something very important in this post.I hope everyone will listen.

Today I am going to share with you a post that is very important for the moderators of this community. This post is approved by Our community founder @rme dada.

We previously announced that we will be constantly hiring moderators for this community. Because this community will work with all the communities on this platform. In that case of course many moderators will be appointed in this community. This is what we announced in the first announcement and also said that we will continue to change our moderators.

Monthly Moderator Activities Report

And another thing is that a moderator activity will be posted every month. And those moderates will get support according to the information of that post.That is, if someone's activity is completely zero or low.Then if the moderator makes a post in the community he would be barred from being brought under support, initially we think about it.

We will definitely take much moderator. But it should not be forgotten that if someone is negligent in any work after being added as a moderator, then that moderator will definitely be removed. And that's for the good of this platform. Because those who will be kept as moderators in this community must be very active.

Today I will share a list with you all, where you can see the work progress of these community moderators.Actually, the activity of moderators is much more important to keep a community active. So let's take a look at the moderators activity list.

@nusuranur	As a Community Communication Executive, I'm attentively managing my responsibilities and attempting to uphold transparency by effectively guiding all moderation tasks.	Managing meetings,moderators, nominations, executing intro & monthly report campaigns and also Twitter report post campaigns, providing guidelines to users and moderators, facilitating communication between founders, moderators, and users, working in appeal Section also and resolving as i can all the community issues. @alsarzilsiam	Working as Quality Controller Manager.Managing and distributing all the moderator's work.Also done all the task when admin's are not available.	Daily post nominations, attend all important meetings, assist in twitter promotional campaigns, guiding members & moderators etc,handling new moderators and distributing their work. @rex-sumon	He is doing his duty well in all cases of abuse in the community. It maintains transparency in the community.	Handling abusers in the community.	Compliance Coordinator
@moh.arif	Witness Coordinator is in charge. Along with that, he is performing his duties well in the development sector. He created the Discord bot for our Twitter promotion,also created steem.one.	Creating and maintaining Twitter promotional bot and steem.one.	Witness Coordinator
@theentertainer	He is doing great job and also very active in Discord. He is helping the admin a lot as a communication manager,Works for community quality control,working in some abuse also. We are very satisfied with his work.	Assisting the Communication Executive in all aspects,including promotion of intro post campaigns,monthly post campaigns,twitter report post campaigns ,handling quality controller sector so attentively , providing various important information,providing new ideas,active in appeal section etc.	Communication Manager
@bountyking5	catching various unnecessary posts of the community and also catching some abusers. So I would say he is doing a good job.And now he is the Official Detective of Steem Alliance community	Identifying unnecessary users and identifying few mistakes,active as officials Detective,active in appeal section. @jueco	He has been appointed as Quality Control Manager sector. Now his work is perfectly satisfactory.	handling quality controller sector	Quality controller
@mostofajaman	working as discord moderator.So he have to be more active in appeal section,general-chat and Moderator panel.Overall he is doing his work well.	Monitors whether all other communities Twitter promotions are in place or perfect .Also helps in some important community work	Discord Moderator

The good news is that the work of all moderators this month was very satisfactory except one

And if someone is lacking somewhere, don't be embarrassed and definitely try to correct the problem yourself. Because we always try to give everyone a chance, specially our honorable founder. Because people will make mistakes. Correcting mistakes is a special quality. So I would say if anyone has any problem somewhere then definitely correct your mistakes and work properly. I believe we all can build this platform very well together.

I can see all the moderators are doing perfectly well, congratulations to you all. But if I may ask why is @faisalamin space vacant, does it means he was not working
