What are the signs of hiring additional moderators in the community?

Hello, Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? I hope everyone is well, I am also Alhamdulillah.

I am currently trying to write some posts that will be helpful in taking precautions. And these posts are mainly written by me for admin moderators of different communities. So that they can handle all the tasks in their community beautifully. And if any new ideas are shared in the comments of these posts. In that case I will also benefit a lot.

Because we admin moderators work to make this platform more beautiful. And we have one more work. That is how to improve this platform. And how to make this platform abuse-free also take good care of it.

But though I'm a bit disappointed as always. Because most of the admin moderators don't feel the need to read these posts and I don't get many comments from them either. I am also hopeful that we will be aware of our work.

Today I have actually come to discuss one thing with all of you. And many users have complained to me about this issue and I have investigated several issues myself. So I thought I should give you some warning.

I am talking about some such communities today. In communities where the number of users i.e. active posters is very low, the number of moderators is very high. First, we know why admin moderators are appointed. Moderators are appointed for the purpose of making the community run smoothly. And when there is more work, naturally more moderators are assigned to each community. And it's quite common.

But which is unusual?That is, in some communities where the number of users is not very high and in those communities with 4-5 moderators, the work will be done very well. But there 7 to 8 moderators are currently assigned to those communities. And I got the list of those communities.

Many users of this platform believe that the reason for hiring more moderators is to get booming support by posting in various communities or to get support as admin moderators by posting in alliances. Which is a shame for our platform.

So I'm warning you about communities where additional moderators have been assigned. You can reduce the number of moderators in those communities if you want. And you can keep as many as you need.

Let's not forget that we are the members of the administration panel of this platform. In that case, if we engage in immoral activities. Naturally, this platform will also be filled with immorality. To make this platform free from unethical practices, we must first stay away from unethical practices. I sincerely request everyone to hire additional moderators in the communities. Get out of this thing.I am now making a very soft request to you. Because I want us all to work together here. But if they don't, then we must take a different approach, and I think that's not going to be good for anyone.
