Bitcoin with nothing to fear is shaping up to be a winner

With the situations that occurred this week, a balance of total regulatory clarity is evident.
It is estimated that the emerging winner in this regulatory lawsuit could be the first before all cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, the solid and reliable currency of all time.

This beginning of the week on Monday, the "SEC" sued "Binance", and the next day they sued "Coinbase", in their allegation that between both platforms they were selling illegal securities. As reported in the News, in these lawsuits the "** SEC"** claimed to list 12 "altcoins" as securities. They limit their trade in US territory, due to that classification, and strip them of a strong, highly considerable market share.

The dark shadow of this action is centralized over all in the "altcoins", since a regulation is needed and it is defined accordingly in the US.

If you clarify your status. In the midst of all this competition, "bitcoin" would indeed emerge as the flora and fauna full of stability with its high respectability.

Already defined as a commodity by the US Commodity Futures and Trades Commission "CFTC" of the USA.

It would have a much clearer regulatory legal path for “BTC” than for its more recent matching rivals in the market.

The Bitcoin digital currency, like others, does not grant its owner clients any type of right over a specific entity, so much so that it is not expected that it will grant them an economic return deriving from any efforts of the companies or seen from a third party.

Its significant value is derived simply from acceptances among users and merchants and its utility as the medium of exchange and storehouse of high value.
