Hello, everyone. Today I am sharing some of my ideas with you to enhance the steemit interface and user experience.
I got an opportunity for the first time to share my content and earn through this platform. Steemit connects us with the insane future of web3 and blockchain-based social media networks. From an economic perspective, it also offers us to learn and earn a possible future economic asset, which is cryptocurrency.
Steemit is a unique concept that took social media to the next level and hopes this can be the social media for the next generation. It was a great year with this beautiful platform. In my opinion, steemit is verging towards a revolutionary change as a blockchain-based social networking site, and further advanced options are needed for a user-friendly experience with steemit.
To keep this in mind I appeared here with a proposal for a better interface for Steemit. And my proposal is regarding the process to visit the links on steemit.
- Links may be shown as a pop-up instead of redirecting to the page
As steemit connected with the social economy, fraud and cheaters always engaged to harm users with their abusive activities. They always provide attractive offers in the comments and provide links to get access to the asset of the users.
As some users are here to just earn the money, there is nothing wrong with the intention but the problem is that if you get tempted by this offer and click the links to earn more, you can lose all your assets in a single click.
Some users can click on the links out of curiosity or some can click the links by fault, which can bring a loss and upset. For this loss, a negative impression can be outgrown and frauds are the main culprit here, their main goal is to thrive this kind of impression on the users. It also affects the growth of this platform.

To manage the risk of the links, my idea is that when we click on the links, it has to open up a pop-up instead of redirecting to that page. So that we can be aware of the links we are visiting. Admins and moderators also have to guide the users that they should not follow the links regarding any financial offer. Links may be shown as a pop-up is a possible solution to this issue.
That's my proposal. Any recommendation on this idea will be appreciated. Humble apology if there any mistakes.
