If the regulators were not rejected the binance proposal, users would have access to the funds of the platform before it fell into bankruptcy after the Terra Luna debacle. Another that rejected the proposal, as expected, was the New York financial services department, which in my opinion has a grip on the most famous exchange house in the world, such as Binance.

According to the New York Department of Financial Services, the digital voyager platform has a judicial file and they oppose it because they are aware that it indicates that: one or more of the debtors may have operated and may continue to operate in New York, when they are not authorized to work in new york.
