Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah I am also well by the grace of God. Here are some of my basic ideas for new users on the Steem.
Blockchain:-
We do not control all the activities like like, comment, share from any central part. Rather it is decentralized among us. All actions are recorded and these records are called blockchain.
Resteem:-
If you like someone's post, you can share it on your wall. Those who are my followers can see these posts.
Reward Pool and Payout:-
I am not immediately rewarded for posts or comments made. Instead it gets added to my wallet after seven days. It may decrease until it is added.
Spamming:-
Let's say, trying to post an event repeatedly in different ways falls into the category of spamming. Spamming can be done by repeatedly mentioning someone and commenting. Again if irrelevant tags are used it will also fall into spamming.
Copyright Infringement:-
Copyright is someone's invention or writing or creating something with talent and if someone wants to make money from these things then it will be copyright.

Plagarism:-
Answer: It is applicable only for writing. Suppose, I changed something written by someone and posted it. And if I continue to say it, it will fall into plagiarism. If I don't change 30% so if 70% is my handwriting then it won't read in Plagarism.
Abuse:-
In fact, to miss using something is abuse. If something changes something i.e. tries to circumvent the software then it becomes abuse.
Rewrite:-
If the information is not available from any website then 25% should be taken and the remaining 75% should be written by oneself.
