All pieces of transmission about the Incredible India community

I would love to welcome you all to my page. I hope you all are well and doing great.
Today I am here to share all pieces of transmission about the Incredible India Community.

Though after creating the community, I elucidated the reasons earlier;
but today, I am commencing from the beginning so that my perspective towards forming the community could be clear to everyone.

Some logic behind instituting this community

The first reason:-

Being a tenured blogger, I wanted to form something different that I couldn't find anywhere after toiling for more than two years.

The second reason:-

After following several criteria such as club, steemexclusive, plagiarism-free content;
regional languages of India were yielding a lookout among other posts and vocabulary.

The third reason:-

I transform the theme of the community is that I have seen that no one works with the subject culture;
and freewriting is getting relinquished due to not being curated by any of the curators.

They only select some categories, and if people write accordingly, then only they receive support.

But as it is a decentralized platform and we can also share several things related to the culture of our country, I transform the community from general to subject-related (Art and Culture).

Not only in India but I acknowledge that all over the world;
there are several things that people could share through the above subjects.

Everyone adores their country, but when we are tied up in only particular subjects;
people do not get a scope to share several other things.

Because they know they wouldn't be supported by curators;
and thus, we are losing creative writers.

The fourth reason:-

I transformed the community because several quality content creators are not getting support;
because they are using bot services, but we declared that we would support even bot users if they maintain transparency;
I shared the link where I mentioned each point.

The fifth reason:-

We wanted to highlight some subjects that could be part of writing, so we decided to create a global community on the basis of art and culture where people could share their content in any language.

We all use a proverb that charity begins at home and for that reason, foremost I took the decision and I conveyed the same to our moderator @sampabiswas.

As several people are not comfortable writing only in English we decided to welcome vernacular languages.

Now it's been more than five-month we all are struggling or rather I would say combating ourselves for the growth of the community and simultaneously for the platform.

I disagree with some points that only country representatives could run a community, it is the ability of a person that could be noticed;

Rather than the designation, we are only getting support from a curator when we write about art.

History says that to achieve success, a revolution has to be brought by someone and our team is following the same.

I shared the active key of Incredible India among 4 people besides me and are @lother68, @sampabiswas @piudey, and @sanchita96(because I didn't invest anything from my pocket besides my posts, so they have equal rights on them).

If I would died all of a sudden, (I covey the same to steemcurator01, as I am a human being) so they could run the community to help a few more people like us.

CONCLUSION:-

Technicalities are essential but to apply those technicalities we need active and creative writers who are not only unpretentious but could share their creativity by maintaining all prominent domains.

But if a few known faces only highlight then several would leave the platform because of not getting support.

So, our main concern is to swim against the current, we are not getting support from big whales but we are still following each criterion with all our courage.

We are unable to announce the contest regularly just because of the lack of community funds.

As an admin, I pass 50 steem delegations to newbies so that they could take part in the engagement;

and also mentioned that I would also continue this delegations to newbies, so that they could take part in the engagement.

I also shared that I would love to share the same with many more if they wish to continue their journey here with honesty and transparency.

Now as we have limited active users so @sampabiswas and I manage the community and others are working for the growth of the community and platform.

We are looking for support so that we could not only introduce new people but also could introduce several distinctive subjects.

That is all about the Incredible India community and I believe that I demonstrate my point about the creation of the community and my perception.
