According to the above formula, you can do any kind of calculation if you want. If you stake 10 trx then you will know how much energy you will get. Any amount can be calculated through this. We mainly use energy to reduce fees for transacting different coins. Energy consumption is much less. But if we want we can get much more energy by stacking TRX. In this way, the power consumption is very low for normal users. But those who want to transact other tokens especially large tokens need bandwidth as well as power.
