"Monthly Activity Report And Guidelines for Collaborated Communities on Steem Alliance"

𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲!,
Hope you all are well. Today on behalf of @rme dada and my team, here I want to share my observations about the collaborated communities with you all.

The Steem Alliance, is a dynamic community built for two main purpose promotion and development and now I thank for its diverse and passionate members who come together with their communities to foster collaboration, growth, and engagement. And all are going very well, but during my observation I found some anomalies as well and here I wish thanks to the communities who maintained a healthy relationship with us and respected our rule.But at the same time I want to warn those who are not following our protocols properly, and trying to create loop holes.

Here is The List of Communities With Their Activities.

Observation on Different Communities.

After looking into different activities of a community inside SA and according to their activity in their own community I reached to this conclusion:-

• Steem For Ladies, community didn't started weekly twitter promo report till now and I request them to start it with ASAP.

• Healthy Steem - I also request this community to make regular tweeter reports.

• Steem For Tradition - This community should give focus to improve the quality of their monthly community report.

• Steem Marketing - This community became unstable now after it's founder left the community and poweredown the community account, and now because of this and of mismanagement the community continuously loosing it's active users. Remaining Admin should make a statement regarding the future of the community.

• CCS - The CCS community's admin panel has been changed and it going through a change, so after that the reports will be published regularly.

Delisted Communities

From now we delisted these communities for the following reasons:-

• Steem4Students - dead
• Steem Photos - dead
• Dream Steem - don't want to join
• Steem Cameroon - unresponsive community and not participating in any activity

First of all we don't force anyone to do anything, but if you participated in the Community Introduction Activity then, you counted as our partner and you have to participate in every activity we launch. Although, we don't get anything from it, but we want betterment of the platform and launch activities according to that and who will participate also benefited from our curation. And also it doesn't make any sense if you give introduction post but still not participating in anything, then why you gave the introduction?, So understand the fact and act accordingly.

And also there some communities, we don't like their activities and we don't find there activity geniune, so it's better to change that as soon as possible.

Lastly, I want to thank those communities who participating in our every activity, and cooperating a lot and doing geniune work. I will think more about them in the future but at the same time there are few communities not doing it properly and their work not felt geniune and felt like they are posting here for votes only.
