The Dollar store, the 99 cent only store, got in LIVE HERB plants in their produce section. I planted many in my DIY paper cup growing seed and plants system. May be worth a try to grow some as we eat it. I have done this before with Upland Cress fro the dollar store last year, and my plants are still growing great. I went for toilet paper with the Coronavirus concern, to stock up on some important essentials, I bought fresh herbs to eat and grow too.
