My Fitness Daily Routine || 19-02-2025 || Aerobic Exercise And A Thrilling Football Game With Steemians.

Every Wednesday, I look forward to an exciting football game at StayFit Fitness Club, coached by ma'am @ngoenyi. Despite not feeling my best health-wise, I wasn't about to miss this week's action.


Before kicking off the game, we began with an invigorating aerobic exercise session. I'll be sharing photos, videos, and a step-by-step guide on how to perform these exercises, as well as their numerous health benefits.


Let's dive in and prioritize our well-being together.

When I left the house.

I started my day a bit later than usual, leaving the house at 7:00 a.m. after completing my morning chores. Despite not feeling 100%, I was determined to join the StayFit team for our weekly fitness session.


It took me 15 minutes to arrive at the training ground. Upon arrival, I was energized to see Coach ngoenyi leading my teammates through an aerobic exercise routine. The teamwork and energy were inspiring.


Although my health prevented me from participating, I captured the entire session to follow along during my leisure time. One of the highlights was the "shadow boxing" exercise, which I've shared below 👇🏾:

The team's synchronized movements, punching the air to the left, right, and up, was a beautiful sight. The music's rhythm matched their pace, making the exercise look enjoyable and stress-free. You don't need to join a fitness team to try shadow boxing. If you really love yourself and want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Simply follow these easy steps at home:


  • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Put up your boxing guard (optional)
  • Punch the air with one hand, then the other.
  • Change movement to left, right, up and forward.
  • Keep punching and moving to the rhythm of the song you're playing.

After an exhilarating aerobic exercise session, it's essential to wrap up with some stretching. Unfortunately, many people neglect this crucial step, which can lead to muscle soreness and decreased flexibility.


To avoid this, our team dedicated a few minutes to stretching, focusing on relaxing our bones and preventing muscle soreness. Below are some simple yet effective stretching exercises you can try at home after exercising...👇🏾

After wrapping up our stretching routine, we took a few moments to focus on our breathing. We inhaled deeply, held it for a second, and exhaled slowly. This calming ritual signaled the end of our aerobic exercise session.

With our minds refreshed and bodies energized, we were now ready to take on the main event: the thrilling football game. The anticipation was building, and we were pumped to get started.

Team Blue.

Team Yellow.

At 8:00 a.m., we divided into two teams, Team Blue and Team Yellow, each with 7 players. I started off as the referee, but later joined Team Blue as a player.


The game was an intense mix of fun and competition. The first 30 minutes were goalless, with both teams' defenses solid as a rock. However, Team Yellow eventually broke through, scoring a goal after a mistake by our defenseman.


Although frustrating, I kept in mind that it was just a friendly game. My teammates and I pushed hard to equalize, but Team Yellow's defense held strong. The final whistle blew, and Team Yellow emerged victorious with a 1-0 scoreline.


Congratulations to Team Yellow on their win🎉. It was a great game, and I'm already looking forward to the next match coming up next week Wednesday.
