Hello steamians! How are you all, I am hoping you guys will be fine and in good health. I loved these type of exercises. Even I like every exercise it is best for body . When we busy our heart it will give us fresh blood. While doing exercises our body regulate fresh oxygen and remove dead cells from our body. I would say exercise and proper diet is necessary if you want to live healthy life.

What is cardiovascular exercises ?
*Cardio relate to any physical exercise which impact on heart and heart rate . Cardiovascular exercises have many types.
- when you run heart rate will rise
- climb stairs it will raise your heartbeat*
Cardiovascular exercises main focus is to train our heart. Heart is vital organ in our body . Heart pump oxygen and transmit it to main organ of our body as well as to whole body.
Why is it important ?
Cardiovascular exercise give us many benefits:
- It strengthen the muscle of heart.
- It help us to regulate it's pace .
- After extensive exercise the heartbeat gets to it's normal position quickly.
- Sports person like athletes their heart beat per minute is below 60.
- It help us to tackle any difficult situation. Normalization if heartbeat.
- It increases blood flow to brain which help us to focus and enhancing our memories.
Running in place
Running in place is effective exercise also does not required large player or any equipment. Just you have to stand on one place . You will run for one mint at one place , rest for 10 second and start running again for one minutes more. It took total 2 mints to complete this exercise so easy and effective for our heart function.
aerobic dance
Aerobic Dance is one of the type of cardiovascular exercise. In aerobic dance you will move your all body parts, just a dance pattern. If a person doesn't like dance he will enjoy doing this exercise. If you keep it in mind that this is not dance this exercise which will give you a lot of strength. This aerobic dance will help you to relax your mind, you could focus effectively. It also help to reduce the anxiety and panic attack!.

What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain
My overall feeling is touching the sky. I engage my kids with me in this exercise and they want to participate in next week challenge. I done exercise after few weeks. That give me courage to start the exercise again. And do it everyday to improve your stamina and strength. My heart need a lot of power. As in these days I am surrounding by self thoughts. I want to overcome these feeling. Pray for me.
How did this programs impact your mental health?
Definitely this program will impact on my overall health. Also it will help me to fight against my anxiety. Exercise daily bring a lot of freshness in body. New blood circulates in body. The body immune system gets stronger due to these aerobic exercise. I loved the dance steps. It was my first experience with these exercise.
