Dear fitness enthusiast and the novice, it's a great week to select and continue with our fitness routine; being the last week of the learning challenge doesn't mean it's the last week of our fitness routine, fitness is a lifetime journey that developed progress as long as we keep going.

Interestingly, we're to select our preferable routine that best fits us, if you ask about my personal routine, I'm very versatile to all exercise but my favorite routine is upper body exercises. Outside my favorite routine; I'd workout the overall body, this week I've executed exercises in four different days but according to the instruction, I'll share the exercises that I've done for the past three days.

Lower body muscles-Monday.

What does your routine and exercises to work the muscle group consist of?

On Monday, I incorporate with lower body muscle exercise which i choose to execute imaginary rope skipping as a warmup, Squat as the lower body muscles exercise and then executed the full leg stretch to prevent my lower body from unnecessary injuries.

Why did you choose those exercises and that level?

Am a fitness personal, improving my lower region has always been part of my goals, my legs deserve to be stronger especially during football sessions; secondly I need a stronger lower body to carry my upper body as not to feel tiredness when running, walking and during my daily activities.

I choose imaginary rope skipping as my warm up because it helps improve my stamina while skipping, Shortly it stabilize my overall body so when squatting I feel less stress and tiredness. I choose the full leg stretch because it reduces the risk of injuries that i might've of encountered during the squat.

Talking of the hard level I choose, I'm not a novice when it comes to these exercises and pretending to go the easy level wouldn't benefit me at all because I've been in the field for almost a year, I've find improvement.

How do they benefit you physically?

I can perform whatever exercise using my lower body region, I can walk, run fast and even jump higher. I can carry my upper body for a longer time without feeling tired.

Core Exercise-Wednessday.

What does your routine and exercises to work the muscle group consist of?

On Wednesday I decided to train my core, incorporating with Stationary trot as a warmup program, executing 30 secs in three sets, my cardio was well improved and ready to exercise the core, i include the inverted mountain climber which is a core exercise, I executed the hard level, 40 reps in two sets each with a ten minute rest, I concluded my workout session with the full back and back of leg stretch to avoid injury.

Why did you choose those exercises and that level?

I choose stationary trot because of its cardio improvement, i execute the inverted mountain climber because it tackle my abs, the upper and lower abs inclusively, inverted mountain climber had gotten the possibility to build a stronger abs, strengthen the muscles at those regions and develop the six pack which is almost everyone dream, in all it improves the core strength, the full back and back of leg stretch was important because it prevented the risk of getting injuries from my back.

Concerning the level; the secret is the more you improve in your exercise the more benefit you achieve, so choosing the hard level is really improving my core, secondly I'm in a good Physique so i have every reason to execute the hard level.

How do they benefit you physically?

Consistently exercising my core has benefit my abs, the muscles in my abs region is growing stronger therefore slowly develope my pack.

Upper body exercise - Friday.

What does your routine and exercises to work the muscle group consist of?

On Friday, I work out my upper body, I executed jumping jacks as in warm up, pushups for chest and back as in Upper body exercise, I then executed the upper back and chest stretch as in stretch exercise.

Why did you choose those exercises and that level?

Like I said, upper body exercises is my favorite exercise. I executed those exercises because it helps develop my upper body like my chest and triceps, it sculpture my upper body in such a way that lure attention.
I choose jumping jacks because it helps in warming up properly and keeps the entire body including the upper body engage, the levels is what determines my progress and that's what I'm up to.

How do they benefit you physically?

My chest, triceps, biceps are sculpting adding mobility and balance to my overall well-being. Secondly my upper body is developing in a nice posture which lesser pains when lifting weight, it's really rewarding I must admit.

I don't concentrate on exercise just one part of my body, I make sure that I rotate my exercise to complement my overall body. My Upper body is developing, my upper and lower abs are developing well, my lower body is also in a good condition. This are all a great achievement to my fitness journey.

In conclusion, my personal routine is a combination of exercise that works all my body muscles, I implied this strategy because it builds my body equally which gives me a proper results. This lesson has been great since week#1 and I appreciate you @marvinvelasquez for bringing us such improvements exercises, wish to have you in the next season.
