It was a wonderful morning for me after a night rest. I woke up to get ready for my fitness routine. First, I did my work in the communities where I handle to ensure that put things in order. I woke up late no doubt because I was awake in the middle of the night for some duties.
By 6.24 am, I got up from bed and quickly arranged to go out. I went to the rest room and cleaned up including my teeth. Then I reached out to my outfit for the day and put on. Then, after family pleasantries, I zoomed off to the field where I saw some of my group members always jogging round the field, waiting for my arrival.
On arrival, I set the stage for the days program. I connected to Bluetooth so that I can play music that motivates us to workout. Then I beckoned on them to gather lets start the programs of the day.
Since I am handling fitness learning challenge, Iake sure that the programs for each week matches what to expect the next week. This is to say that ever since the learning challenge began, that is the current season, I give out programs in advance that will be taken the upper week. The current programs we are carrying out this week were dishes out to my clients last week. So the ones for next week is currently what we are carrying out this week.
I have out the programs and we all did it according to the repetitions I already prepared for the week. As soon as it was 8.05 am, we began playing football as usual. We paired ourselves and played 6 mean team members. My team won of course by 1:0. We played both first and second half and we really enjoyed it. It was fun.

Exhausted from both the programs for the day and football, I still went ahead to take on this challenge of arm circle and shadow boxing programs. I have done it severally but I really want to post it. After all, I also need to really show that I can do it.

We spent considerable time at that playground, chatting with the remaining ones who hadn't gone home. The likes of kidi40, Bernard, Abas, Benton3, bossj23. It was a wonderful moment well spent. Others did their own video challenge before we left. En route, I took the selfie below

Well, it offers a lot of benefits to them. It helps them to build strength and stamina, it enhances their skills and techniques helping them to defend themselves in case of emergency, it also helps with cardiovascular health, their mental health is also improved and they gain self confidence and empowerment.
From the foregoing, I will advise my fellow women not to shy away from this fitness program to be able to gain these benefits.
What about arm circle, does it have any benefit for women?
Yes, it helps to tone their arms and helps with muscle engagement, it increases their flexibility and range of motion, it boosts bliss circulation in the upper body, which in turn delivers oxygen and nutrients to the muscles more efficiently , it improves posture. As the arms are strengthened and toned, it translates to the overall posture of the body. This arm circle can be do e conveniently and at any place, making it attractive for everyone to take part in including the women.

Great job!👍 I have been willing to engage in all the fitness contests/challenges but I have a problem with recording video. I don't have a camera stand and I have no one to record it. Besides, I don't know how to edit too, it pains me so much that the things I Iove to do, I can't do it because of very minute issue.
I'll certainly save up for a camera stand. I'll certainly try this one, I need the aspect of building strength and stamina.
