It was a thrilling and successful week for me and all of us at StayFit fitness club last week. As the fitness coach, I made sure that I fished out programs that attended to the fitness needs of all irrespective of your goals, be it
- to firm your arms
- stronger legs
- abs
-Butts - Cardio
And more.
Wednesday fitness training
On this day, I got to the fitness group earlier than everyone. I set things up for the training and got my own step board from where it was kept. I also encouraged everyone to get theirs so that at the end they can return them.
We did more of aerobics and abs programs because of the football game. The pictures below speaks volumes
Friday Training
We went again on this day with aerobics and abs programs. I set the comes as can be seen on the pictures below, then the first program was jumping jacks and jump squats. The cones were 10 on the line, the program was, to do 5 jumping jacks on a cone and jump squat on the next one. That means that members will carry out 5 Repetitions each of jumping jacks and jump squats. And we did that for 5 Repetitions of all. It was really a wonderful program.
Next was seat up with dumbbell. You can also see it on the pictures below. We did 15 repetitions for 5 sets too.
Then we had the curl and the weight lifting.
Apart from our normal exercise routine, we also danced our way to fitness. Dance has become a regular thing every Friday. The happiness that results from it is immeasurable. Everyone present is usually willing to lest in dance steps when it gets to their turn. It was very sensational especially that of bossj23.
Saturday training
It was the day we were supposed to go for the burial of the uncle of one of our members. He had invited us to attend a d the scheduled time was 10 am. We decided to workout first before going.
So, we began with jogging, then we brought out our step boards and I gave out programs on both aerobics, leg and abs. It was supposed to be a brief one due to the burial. I tried my best to manage the little time I had. The pictures below will.help explain some of the programs we carried out that day.
Overall feelings
I felt a lot pains last week due to the programs. I don't like only giving out programs and taking it easy on myself. I usually go harder. I felt pains on my thigh, butt, abs and even hands. But I didn't let it stop me. I had to keep pushing with lots of rest periods and relaxation at other days that I didn't workout so as to recover.
I am recovering as at this moment even though without drugs. Going out to exercise helps me heal faster. I don't easily get sick anymore as a result of regular exercise. I am enjoying my exercise routine. I wish people will adopt it.
my plans for the new week
To sweat it out is the plan. We already began and I will drop update soon. I will keep exercising because it's really helpful to me. Hope to see a lot of people exercising too.
