Thank you @nsijoro for Joining the fitness training class.

Observations|recommendations|suggestions:

We are pleased to receive your entry this week and to know that you were able t

  • Carry out warmup programs to alert the muscles and the body that you about to do something

  • You were able to carry out cardio programs as requested

  • You also selected some leg programs like the leg raises, the squats, the glutes bridge and the lunges as seen in some of the pictures you uploaded and carried them out as requested

  • You stated the repetitions you did for each of the programs which is very important to us.

  • You stayed hydrated as well

  • You didn't state if you stretched after exercising or not. It is very important to incorporate stretches as it helps to relax the muscles after each exercise days.

On the overall, you did well as a beginner but we suggest that you add videos next time to help us determine if you did them right or not. You have to eat healthy too for healthier body.

We suggest that you reduce the 10 minutes rest in-between repetitions as it is too much. A minute or 2 is cool.

What manner of exercise is good for pregnant women and sick people (especially those that had accidents that led to bone fractures) and were treated?
Can exercises make someone sick?

My response to this is that, both the pregnant woman and the sick person will have to get a doctor's report for approval to exercise to be able to determine the type of exercise that will be good for them. Depending of what is stated on the report, we can not proceed with the type of exercise that will be good for them.

A pregnant woman can do any type of exercise depending on her condition but with lesser intensity

A sick person will only concentrate on some programs depending on what the person is suffering from.

As for exercises helping a sick person, yes, it can help depending on what the person is suffering from.

Hope you are satisfied with the response?

Yes I am satisfied with the response, for pregnant women intensity that is why I don't think a high gram weight lift is recommended, I will reduce my relaxation time to help me complete the steps quickly, Thank you for reviewing my work
