Thank you very much for this great opportunity to experience the healthiness is working out because working out is one the healthiest ways of living. I'm happy to participate and partake in this great exercise of plank position. This is my first time trying this out and it is a very good experience. All thanks to the organizers of this contest. PLANK POSITION DAY 1

Trying out this position wasn't an easy task at all. First, it wasn't easy to position well an even stay put. My instructor had to show me how to position an helped me stretch out which was very painful stretching me out. I fell so many times before I was able to stay still. My shoulders was hurting an my toes were hurting too. But the most painful part was my waist and stomach. The thing wasn't easy at all . As you can see from the video I lasted only but 25secs 😁 but I give to myself that I tried πŸ™.

DAY 2 OF PLANK POSITION

On this second day, positioning myself was not difficult anymore, this time nobody stretched me out again and I did that myself. But I was guided by my instructor and I was also encouraged to keep going. Well this time the pain increased on the shoulder, the waist region and my stomach, but didn't feel much pain on my toes because I was able to position them well. I also noticed some pain on my kneel too. But this time I was able to persevere to 58secs, so there is a lot of improvement. πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

DAY 3 OF PLANK POSITION

On this day everything was already becoming part of me because I will just decide to be on plank position on my own at home just stretch out myself. So on this day my instructor another position while still on the plank position which I did but this time it wasn't funny. From the video you can see my expression because I was literally shouting that I can't do it. He told me to keep going that over time I will get used to it. I even changed to another position, there was a lot of progress. And this time even with the extra new position I lasted for 1min. Wooow. I really enjoyed it.

Finally, after this three days of experience on plank position, I discovered a lot of changes on my body, I can on my own fall to a plank position, my waist became a bit flexible, my shoulder became stronger that I can push and withhold a heavy weight with my hands. Even though a feel some pain in my lower abdomen but my back waist line is very much free. It also helped my laps/thigh to stretch out too. Some vein from my thigh to my kneel stretched also. Because I don't feel some certain glitches I feel before when I want to stand up after sitting down for a long time.
In all, this was a good experience for me and I will keep doing this, making it part of my life because it's very healthy. Thanks to the organizers, it was really helpful.
