My Fitness Journey: Jump Squats, Side Squats and Lunges to make a lower body strengthen
Introduction
This is the third week of the fitness challenge, and I clearly feel strength and perseverance in my body. This week's exercises included jump squats, side squats, and lunges, which help strengthen the lower body.
These exercises are not just for fitness but also to improve strength, balance and stamina, which help with daily activities and sports. Let's see how I have done these exercises, what are their benefits, and what my personal experiences have been.
How did you feel after exercise and where did the most pain?
The main reason for this was feeling a lot of trouble in both the front and back thighs is that all the exercise here is done in accordance with a particular method and every aspect of it is taken into account for me. It was a new thing for me, but for me it is a pleasure for me to say that there is no doubt about it. This process is done in a particular way but the waist was feeling some discomfort and mostly I was feeling tired, but I was working hard to complete it. I constantly know that I was able to complete it.
Why are these programs important to me?
I am constantly trying to lose weight. The main reason for this is that it is strengthening my muscles and every day I face this new challenge. In fact, you will have a little trouble for it. But when your body starts to withstand the whole movement, it will not feel stronger on your body. Does it and it maintains our health balance in a particular way, however, all of these things have been able to do well but more than I am hoping for improvement and growing forward with the same hope that I will complete it and further its development and this on it.
Jump Squats
It is a high energy exercise that improves lower body muscles and heart health.
How did Jump Scouts?
Stand upright, put the shoulders equal to the width, and put the body in a balance.
He turned his knees to the squat position, kept the back straight.
Jumps upwards with full force.
Soft landing on the ground and re -squat position.
Benefits:
✔ Strengthens muscles (quadraceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves).
✔ Enhances power.
✔ Improves heart health.
Side Squats
This exercise improves the body's balance and flexibility.
How did the side skates do?
Standing with the feet wide, putting the fingers outward.
Rid the right knee and bowed down the body while the left leg was straight.
Standing straight from the right toe and repeated the same process to the left.
Benefits:
✔ Strengthens the inner thighs, hips and waist.
✔ Improves flexibility and balance.
✔ Helping everyday activities such as bending and picking things.
Lunges (front and back)
This exercise is best for muscle strength and stability.
How to do the lounges?
Stand upright, keep the feet together.
He proceeded from the right toe and bowed down the body until the left knee approached the ground.
Standing back from the right toe and repeated the same process from the left leg.
Benefits:
✔ Strengthens quadraceps, hamstring and glyts.
✔ Improves balance and harmony.
✔ Help the strengthening of joints and muscles.

Its effect on my body
In the beginning, everything was easy, but as the reuits increased, my thighs began to feel irritated and the shanks. Jump Scotts intensified my heartbeat, side scootes felt hard in the thighs, and it was difficult to maintain balance in the lunches. Climbing the stairs after exercise also seemed difficult!
But it was a good sign because it meant that my muscles were getting better and my lower body was getting stronger.
Why should I do these exercises?
These exercises help not only for physical fitness but also in my daily tasks:
✔ Increasing strength and endurance - ease of long distance walking.
✔ Improves flexibility - helping, lifting and seating.
✔ Increasing energy levels - I feel more alert and dynamic after exercise.
✔ Sports help - playing football improves.
These exercises create physical strength as well as mental strength, as it makes it a habit to deal with difficulties and complete their target.

It was more challenging than the week ago, but I completed it. I am grateful to @ngoenyi and @genomil who guided us.
