Dear fitness lovers, it's our delight to bring you this simple but challenging contest that focuses on a particular program which helps to engage your abdomen and your arms.

A self challenge contest is one that helps you to track your own progress. For example, you are able to plank for 5 seconds now, and then you progress to 10, 20, 30 seconds and more.

Remember that in fitness, you are not in any competitions with anyone rather, you are in competition with yourself. For instance, you weighed 90 kg today and you start exercising, in the next one week or month, with intensive fitness programs, you are able to reduce to 87 or 86. That is progress.

In this week's contest, we will like you to challenge yourself to see how long you can stay on a plank position. That's all. We will like you to take a record of your progress for at least 3 exercise days and tell us your progress. We only require honesty from you because you can't afford to cheat yourself by telling us what you didn't do. We will compare your progress and see the percentage of your improvement.

Meanwhile, we thank all who were able to take part in the dance your way to fitness contest. The result will be announced after the contest ends

Here is what is required of you

Develop a publication that will contain the following

πŸ‘‰ Day 1, record how long you are able to stay in a plank position. You can include video of you like but picture is important.

πŸ‘‰ Day 2, record how long you also stayed in a plank position. Any additions in seconds or minutes compared to day 1? Any reduction in seconds or minutes?

πŸ‘‰ Day 3, record your progress again and tell us how long you are able to stay on plank position. Did you increase or reduce in seconds or minutes? Or you just remained on the same duration? Let us know.

πŸ‘‰ Then, tell us how you feel on this final day. Any pains, where did you feel the pain?

πŸ‘‰ Your overall feelings, your questions and your determination with regard to this challenge

If there are other programs you did within the week, you can let us know

Please this contest... Are we supposed to do the plank position on daily basis and keep record of each day, then compile it at the end of the week like Friday or Saturday before posting or is there a particular number of days the the exercise is to be carried out before posting .
