Contest: 👉 What motivates or demotivates me to exercise
Everyone at some point has felt unmotivated to exercise, either to start for the first time or to continue what we have already started, it is something normal, some have been overcome by discouragement and have not even started, while others have succeeded and achieve it every day when they overcome discouragement to exercise.
It would be very interesting to know what are those reasons that make you succumb without even starting, that you need; on the other hand, those who exercise every day what is the strategy they use to stay encouraged and motivated, I think we can all learn from their experiences, not only that, but motivate us to continue or start exercising.
We propose you:
Do you exercise regularly? If yes, tell us what strategy you use to stay motivated and not get discouraged; on the contrary, tell us what prevents you from starting a physical activity or quitting halfway?
The goal goes beyond creating a contest, we want more people to be motivated to adopt exercise as a lifestyle and your experience, good or not so good, can give us tools to create strategies to motivate us, so let's do it.

Todos en algún momento nos hemos sentido desmotivados para ejercitarnos, bien sea para iniciar por primera vez o para continuar lo que ya empezamos, es algo normal, algunos se han dejado vencer por el desánimo y ni siquiera han empezado, mientras que otros lo han logrado y lo logran cada día cuando vencen el desánimo para ejercitarse.
Sería muy interesante conocer cuáles son esos motivos que te hacen sucumbir sin siquiera empezar, que te hace falta; por otro lado, aquellos que se ejercitan cada día cual es la estrategia que utilizan para mantenerse animados y motivados, creo que todos podemos aprender de sus experiencias, no solo eso, sino motivarnos a continuar o a empezar a ejercitarnos.
Te proponemos:
¿Realizas ejercicio habitualmente? De ser afirmativo cuéntanos que estrategia utilizas para mantenerte motivado y no desanimarte; por el contrario, cuéntanos ¿qué te impide comenzar una actividad física o abandonar a mitad de camino?
El objetivo va más allá de crear un concurso, queremos que mas personas se motiven a adoptar el ejercicio como un estilo de vida y tu experiencia, buena o no tan buena, puede brindarnos herramientas para crear estrategias para motivarnos, así que hagámoslo.
