Because the illness is very much high, and needed an injection for treatment every month. Or every two months.

We took him to the hospital very first, a year ago. And at that time he was very good in condition. Now his treatment is been going on in the combined military hospital. In Rawalpindi.
Whenever the doctor calls him, the family have to took him with themselves and travel for 3 hour. For the patient it is very much difficult.
But for the family it is then very much painful.
