Hello, i knoe the title might seem a bit to good to be true but hear me out with 2 or 3 little action you can change the way you live your day.
Don't trust me already? It's okay just read the post and it might seem correct.
So basically, i lost a member of my familly not long ago and while scrooling on tiktok the day after i saw a video from a french content creator. With a simple resolution. Ask for nothing, but be happy about everything. After looking a bit deeper into his account and trying out what he was sharing i realised it worked. I mean maybe it only work on me though.
So the few tips are, stop listening to sad music.
I don't know for what exact reason but it might have something to do with the music tempo. But when listening to sad music/watching negative things. You will think to much, and feel everything deeper.
What i did was to replace my old playlist by 100% of happy song with medium/high tempo. This had a few great repercussions. First of all, for somereason i don't know when i end up in a boring situation, i am way less bored. It's easier for me to see the positive of things when something happen.
Second tip is smile the most you can, more than just setting you in a good mood it be likely to set the other people in a good mood too. If you have co-workers or just if you are in the bus it can make the interaction more friendly. Second effect of smilling more, when you ask something to someone there chance of helping is higher as they will see you as nice.
A third tip i would give is alway see the positive in everything, i know everyone can have a probleme. In everyone day something bad can happen. Some people have a lot of probleme and it might seem harder to see the positive but alway try to see the positive. Not relly search for psositive things in bad things like i broke my legs at least the other isnt broke (i mean it can be cool too) more like never consider anything as discovered) Alway say how much the sky is amazing today, i believe in each day there is atleast one single beautifull thing.
To sumarise, smile, see the positive, stop listening to sad songs and you will see a world a different way. I mean thats how it happened for me. I knoe it easier to stop listening to sad song than the other two tips but you could still give it a try. No guarantee it will work, but why not givign it a try.
