Spending money is like a gust of wind, quick and fleeting, it depends on the business or annual revenues like how much we can generate revenues annually. Spending money is a best choice when we expand our businesses or other things. Spending money is good choice for those who can afford all their basic needs.
Saving Money, however, is a shape to planting seeds, a deliberate act with the promise of future growth and security. Saving money is also known as to spend them in the term of property, home or other business which can generate good revenues annually.

According to my opinion if you have money then you should have to save it and then you have to spend it. I will prefer save money first then we can get them our basics needs as we want, but the best option to spend the money to safe himself for future needs and to manage the family expenditures like their educations, health and basic needs.
